The firm’s lead consultant, Michael E Campbell, has over 28 years of experience working with healthcare organizations, including health plans, health information technology vendors, state Medicaid agencies, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). He obtained his certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) in 2010. In 2023, he received his FHIR® Proficient designation from HL7. Michael holds a master’s degree in Health Policy from Duke University and a master’s degree in Information Systems from Boston University. Michael maintained a certification as a HEDIS® Compliance Auditor from 1998 to 2024.
